1. Overview By purchasing from Prime Pulls (primepullstcg.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Rip-and-Ship Service Prime Pulls offers rip-and-ship services where we open sealed trading card product on your behalf and ship the contents to you. By purchasing a rip-and-ship product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All pulls are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on pack contents, pull rates, or perceived value of cards received.
- Card condition may vary as cards are pulled directly from sealed product and handled minimally before shipping.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, miscuts, or other factory errors within sealed product.
3. Sealed Product For sealed product purchases, all sales are final once the item has been opened or shipped. Sealed product is sold as-is and we make no guarantees regarding contents.
4. Pricing & Availability Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory discrepancies, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Shipping We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Prime Pulls is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.
6. Limitation of Liability Prime Pulls' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
